About Aayesha
Who I Am I am a dedicated healthcare professional with a unique combination of expertise as both a registered dialysis nurse and a medical doctor. With active registrations with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and the General Medical Council (GMC), I bring a wealth of clinical experience and academic knowledge to my teaching. As a dialysis nurse, I have developed a strong foundation in patient care, understanding complex health conditions, and applying medical knowledge in real-world settings. My journey as a medical doctor further deepens my understanding of clinical medicine, diagnosis, and patient management, making me well-equipped to teach a wide range of medical and biological sciences. I also have extensive experience tutoring students, ranging from high school learners to medical graduates preparing for the PLAB exams, many of whom have passed with flying colours under my guidance. I take pride in tailoring my teaching to the needs of each student, and I am happy to provide references from past students who have benefitted from my lessons and achieved their goals. Having personally navigated the PLAB exams and the GMC registration process, I understand the challenges students face and how to overcome them.
