About Ben
I am currently in my 4th year of a Master of Physics Degree at the University of Liverpool. I have a passion for studying and communicating Physics and Mathematics and I aspire to complete a PhD in Physics. I have previously tutored large groups of students at Key Stage 3 in Mathematics which was an experience I enjoyed. I am very easy going and I find teaching very rewarding. I want to help you to achieve your goals and further your knowledge.

We will start each session by discussing the topic that you may be struggling with and I will offer some alternative descriptions to what you may have received previously.
In my experience the best approach to learning a difficult concept is by practicing it. So in order to build your understanding I will set you problems of increasing difficulty that we will go through together, step by step, with the aim of you becoming increasingly independent as we go on.
We will then finish the session with another chat to see what understanding you have built and what is still troubling you. Help with completing homework assignments can also be fitted in if needed.
