About Myles
Hi I am Myles,
I am a 23 year old Masters student currently studying at London South Bank University but based in Northampton. I graduated form the University of York with a 2:1 in Philosophy & Sociology in 2022 .
As I have spent more time than most in academia, I am no stranger to the stress and challenges of exams and essays but it doesn't have to be this way. Through my time studying I have developed techniques to help break down complicated topics and memorise key information quickly. I will work with students to find methods that suit their style of learning and make sure they get the results they deserve.

I run sessions for students up to GCSE level who need extra support to improve their grades, are struggling with specific topics or exam techniques or just want to boost their confidence and exam performance.
I believe in a personalized approach to learning, tailoring my lessons to your specific needs and learning style. Lessons are usually 1 hour in length and can be delivered online or in person depending on location. My teaching methodology focuses on:
Clear Explanations: Breaking down complex topics into easy-to-understand concepts.
Engaging Activities: Using a variety of interactive techniques, such as mind maps, quizzes, and role-plays, to make learning fun and effective.
Practice and Feedback: Providing ample opportunities for practice and offering constructive feedback to help you improve.
Exam Technique: Teaching effective exam strategies, including time management, essay writing, and source analysis.
I have a strong academic background in [relevant subjects, e.g., Geography, Religious Studies, Economics] and have achieved excellent results in my own exams. I am passionate about helping students reach their full potential.
