About Zeeshan
I am a UEFA C Licensed coach and personal trainer with experience across elite football environments in both Mumbai and London. After playing professionally in Mumbai and later coaching within Premier League pathways such as the Fulham FC Foundation and Junior Premier League clubs, I’ve gained a unique understanding of two distinct football cultures. This blend of experience allows me to identify and bridge the gap between our players and European standards—especially in areas of technical quality, physical conditioning, and game intelligence.
My sessions focus on ball mastery, match-realistic movement, and the athletic demands of the modern game, with speed, stamina, and strength at the core of every programme. I am a UEFA C Licensed football coach and personal trainer specialising in high-quality technical sessions designed to elevate ball mastery through match-realistic movements. Over the past five years, I have worked with English Premier League environments including the Fulham FC Foundation, as well as other Junior Premier League clubs across London. This experience has given me first-hand insight into the development standards, demands, and expectations of Category 1 academy players.
Before relocating to the UK, I coached men’s, women’s, and co-ed teams across semi-professional and amateur leagues, gaining invaluable hands-on experience with players of all ages, backgrounds, and ability levels.
My coaching philosophy places speed, stamina, strength and conditioning, and overall athletic performance at the core of every session—ensuring players not only sharpen their technical ability but also develop the physical edge required for the modern game.
