Hey hey! I’m ALISHA SHAIKH— a NET Qualified, Postgraduate in Fine Arts, and a freelance artist with 100+ commissioned artworks created for clients across the map. Oh, and yep — I’m proudly a Gen Z, which means I speak fluent meme with easy-going chill vibes! Art has been my ride-or-die for as long as I can remember — from doodling in the margins to painting full-blown commissions. Over the years, I’ve turned my passion into a profession, and now, I want to give back by helping others unlock their creativity too. Why do I teach? Because I believe art should be fun, freeing, and for EVERYONE. Whether you’re 6 or 60, my goal is to make you feel comfortable, confident, and creatively unstoppable — no boring lectures, no judgment, just good vibes and great art. THINK OF MY CLASS AS A MIX OF GOOGLE, ART STUDIO AND STANDUP COMEDY! IT is like a yoga for your creative side — a peaceful space where perfection takes a backseat and joy takes the wheel. Mistakes? We frame them. Coloring outside the lines? We celebrate it. Art isn’t about being “good,” it’s about being you! Whether you're 6 or 60, if you can hold a pencil (or even just wiggle your fingers), you’re welcome in my class! I believe art is for everyone—not just the "gifted" or "born artists"—but for anyone brave enough to make a happy little mess! What to Expect in My Class (Structure): Warm-Up (5–10 min): Quick sketching games to loosen those creative joints (think doodle duels and blind contour chaos). Concept of the Day (15–20 min): We'll dive into the “why” behind the magic—be it color theory, composition, shading, or how to make your cat look less like a potato. Hands-On Creation Time (30–45 min): This is where your hands get dirty and your soul gets happy. I guide you as you create your own masterpiece based on the day’s theme. Feedback & Fun Roast (10 min): Constructive, kind, and possibly hilarious feedback—because we grow best when we’re laughing. Mini Art Challenge / Homework (Optional): For those who want to keep the creative juices flowing between sessions! FOR WHOM? -Daydreamers -Doodlers -Busy bees needing a break -Kids, teens, adults, and everyone in between -No prior experience required — just a curious heart!
