About Sahithi
Hi !, I'm Sahithi and I'm currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Neuroscience and a minor in Finance. Science is where my passion lies. As a Neuroscience major on the pre-med track, I'm expected to perfect my knowledge in multiple fields of science like Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology along with many subdisciplines of these concepts. I have shown mastery of these concepts throughout high school by taking AP Biology, AP Chemistry, Honors Physics, AP Environmental Science, and AP Psychology along with many science courses to delve deeper into these areas in college. I have had the opportunity to tutor for the past 4 years, and it is truly one of the most rewarding experiences. I started tutoring when I was in high school and have had the opportunity to teach many high schools and college-level courses like Psychology, Biology, Chemistry, Statistics, and Environmental Science. additional to these complex courses. I'm passionate about these subjects because I look forward to pursuing a career that uses this knowledge. I have taken over 12 AP courses throughout my high school career and have achieved 4 or more on all of the AP exams. With this knowledge, I believe that I can successfully work with students with different learning abilities in order to help them reach their academic goals.

My tutoring experience entails of students in small groups and one-on-one tutoring, virtual and in-person, where I equipped different learning strategies that helped me teach concepts in-depth so that students have a better understanding of the content. I was also successfully able to get students additional assistance like learning materials they needed in order to polish their knowledge and have additional practice. Apart from academic concepts, I also tutor students to succeed in standardized testing like the SAT and the ACT which consisted of strategy development, content review and practice walkthroughs in order to achieve their target scores.
