I am currently a student, pursing my degree in psychology. My goal is it help out students pertaining to stress management. Stress is an inevitable problem which everyone encounters, hence I hope to find healthy alternatives to help relieve stress.

Before starting class, I like to take three minutes to meditate or breathe. This helps calm down the mind and body. I also like to create an outline on what main stressors are for students. Once that is established, I try to brainstorm on different stress coping methods. My class age ranges from young adolescents to young adults. However, anyone is welcome.
