About Claude-André
I have students for about ten years, they are people who are sensitive to music but have never known how to invest and master their time to improve. I have seen their progress more than themselves, and I am proud of their level and I know how I participated in it; I have recording material if the student wishes to work this part.

I am self-taught, but very methodical, I work as much on the ear as on documents, I adapt to the student's desires and detects his weaknesses or needs, I know how to develop specific exercises for the student to catch up And improves its mastery of the instrument; I listen to students' questions and convince them when they work repetitively to master a particular aspect of music (eg right hand in classical, picking and flamenco); I take care to integrate breathing as soon as possible during the practice. I have a strong emphasis on rhythmic mastery, and trains my pupils to know and reproduce all the great styles of modern music: reggae, rhythm'n'blues, funk, pop, hard-rock / trash, 4/4, 3/4, 4/3, ... when the basic rhythmic mastery is there, I show them the swing and the syncope (under - ternary pulse on binary beat). I only ask my students to practice regularly outside classes (a little every day ....) because I can not do anything about the personal investment of everyone.
