About Molly
I am an experienced English tutor studying Modern Languages at the University of Cambridge.
I have a Level 3 Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language and have worked as an English teacher in Spain.
I have prepared students for the Cambridge First exam and IELTS.
I have an excellent record of academic success: I achieved a First Class with distinction in my second year at Cambridge, ranking 2nd out of 134 students.
I have learnt from the very best language teachers at Cambridge: in my first year at university, I started Portuguese from scratch and reached an intermediate level in just 8 months.

Most students cannot speak English despite years of learning in school because languages are taught in a passive way - the teacher tells you a grammar rule and you memorise it.
We all learnt our native language by using it! For this reason, my lessons are interactive and, rather than focusing on rote memorisation, conjugation and grammar rules will be acquired naturally and stress-free!
For exam students, I will share exam tips and strategies and we will go through past papers together.
While correcting your mistakes and teaching you the language, my goal is also for you to become an independent language learner. I will share my years of experience in this field and recommend tips and tricks to help you improve.
