About Cameron
I have volunteer experience in tutoring, and I genuinely enjoy doing it. I don’t patronize people or get frustrated that they don’t understand, I simply do my best to explain the concepts in a way that is exciting and engaging to them. I’m very good at explaining advanced concepts in simple terms that a layman would understand. I’m never satisfied learning something without comprehensively understanding every aspect of it and I bring that kind of approach to tutoring. Often kids are very capable of grasping mathematics, too often teachers force them into memorization of formulas and “plug and chug” methods that leave kids without a proper basis to learn higher level math.
