After studying sports science at the University of Aix Marseille and twenty years of competitive tennis practice. Following scientific and experimental methods I will guide you towards your higher being, your optimal potential.

The practice of a physical and sporting activity and meditation are for me the 2 pillars of balance. For a one hour session, I encourage you to move, get out of breath, build muscles for 45 minutes and finish for 10 minutes with full but light stretching and 5 minutes of meditation and visualization of the next goals. By the end of the session you will have produced enough endorphins to make you feel light and happy. I adapt to all types of level (novice to expert) and age (7 to 77 years).
