My philosophy for designing a curriculum is to ensure that scholarship is both educationally sound in theory and effective in practice. I, therefore, integrate many different forms of communication into my teaching practice and instructional design. This includes a variety of classroom management strategies, online education management, assistive technology for disabled students, and self-paced coursework for those seeking independent training/coursework. I also have experience in designing training/coursework for ESL students and workshops for Professional Development, Instructional Development, and Public Speaking.
