About Caitlin
Hi, I'm Caitlin. I recently graduated from university with a degree in Musical Theatre, and although I still adore the performing arts, I'm so pleased to be able to devote time to my other interests again. It was really hard for me to give up maths when I finished school and decided to peruse performing arts as a career. That was when I decided to start tutoring, and I loved it! I took a break for a few years to focus on my degree, but now I'm back and I'm so excited to make more people as passionate about maths as I am!

My aim is to improve your child's understanding of maths by, firstly, assisting with their homework and exam preparation.
Going further, my intention is to teach tools to help them use their knowledge of basic maths to build logical steps towards solving harder problems. It is my belief that, in order to understand the more complex aspects of mathematics, a student only needs a strong knowledge of basic maths, and the logic tools to build from there. These are the skills that I hope to provide my students with, so that, in the future, they can form an understanding of harder problems on their own.
I'm afraid I don't have a teaching qualification, but I do have a recent DBS, and years of experience tutoring children of all ages. I am offering lessons at a competitive price and with the guarantee that your child will receive a personalised tutoring experience that progresses at their own pace.
