About Sphesihle
I am Mr Sphesihle Jeza from Port Shepstone but I currently reside at Durban for educational purposes. I come from an area that's full of educated and mostly uneducated youth. With seeing the struggle the uneducated youth experience when they try to make a living, it is actually heart breaking. So, for that reason I decided that I want to be one of the people who elevate other people's lives through education because it is the key to success. The aim is also to spread quality education across the world. Make innovative students, future Charted Accountants, Chief Executive Officers, and encourage entrepreneurship across the world.

During my lesson I challenge negative thought that usually hold back students from reaching their full potential in a specific subject because I believe it all starts with a strong mindset before instilling information on it, otherwise it will be subconsciously distorting. I am governed by the principles of discipline, accountability, perseverance, and organized hard work. I evaluate each and every lesson I conduct to ensure that the objectives are met. I use a learner-centred approach to ensure or emphasize student participation and monitor their comprehension. Nonetheless I believe that anyone has the ability to do something great and even outstanding through academics if they are set to follow their goals.
