About Thakane
I'm interested in teaching because I know what it's like to be stuck on something that suddenly makes sense when it's explained the right way. While studying physical sciences at university, I realized I enjoy breaking down hard topics so other people can get it too. I don't want students to just memorize for the test and forget it after. I want them to actually understand, feel confident in class, and stop dreading subjects like math and science. Seeing that " Now I get it" moment is why I do this
teaching also keeps me sharp on subjects I love, and it lets me help students avoid the same struggles I had. If I can make one topic easier for someone, that's enough reason for me.

My lessons focus on understanding, not just memorizing the work. I break tough topics in Grade 7 to 12 English, math, and science into simple steps. For grades 7-10 , I build strong foundation so you don't struggle later. For Grade 11-12, I focus on past papers and exam-style questions to get you ready for tests and finals. We work at your own pace, so nothing feels rushed. Each lesson is tailored to your goal, whether it's catching up or aiming for distinctions. I explain concepts in different ways until it clicks for you, and you'll leave every session knowing what improved and what to practice next. MY AIM IS TO MAKE YOU FEEL CONFIDENT AND IN CONTROL BEFORE TEST AND EXAM TIME.
