About Lisa
Hi! I am Lisa, I am 26 and am currently starting out with my PhD. I have many different interests so don't expect me to be the super nerdy mathematician who only spends her time inside her office. No I am a very open-minded and outgoing person who enjoys giving cheerful math lessons to make studying more fun and not just a pure obligation. Over the years I taught many different levels from primary school, high school up to university level, always making sure that the approach fits the target group to maximize our mutual success. Outside of math, I love surfing, animals and spending my time by the ocean.

Hi! Welcome to my profile! I am just starting out with my PhD. I am a mathematics graduate and have been giving tutoring lessons for many years now both online and in person. Teaching has always been a joy to me, to help and to explain things clearly. I tailor my classes to my students and their interests. If you just wanna pass your exams that's fine by me. If you get really curious about the topic and want to go into depth, I am sure I have some answers for you as well. About my teaching style: I see it more as a learning together and always tailor my classes to your type of learning. I am very patient and focus on explaining things than just pure memorization. I also like to give tips on study methods, because sometimes it is not necessary to study more but in the right way. Whatever level of mathematics you are looking for, let's make you successful together. I can teach in German, English or Spanish.
