About Archie
I'm a student of Russian and French at the University of Oxford. I love to learn and I love to help other people learn too. There's no subject that doesn't interest me, as my varied A-levels of maths, biology, French, and Latin demonstrate, and I would like nothing more than to share that love of learning with you.

I focus on building up your knowledge and confidence in French in a way that works for you. Whatever your current ability level, I’m sure that with the right style of teaching you’ll be able to improve quickly and consistently! I know that teachers often expect you to know things that they’ve never properly explained, and that it can be embarrassing to admit you don’t understand. My lessons are a supportive place to learn whatever you need without the stress of a classroom environment :)

Archie is extremely conscientious and hard-working. He is great with people, from children to teenagers to adults, and will always make a strong effort to connect with them and pitch the lesson to their strengths, whilst identifying and shoring up their weaknesses. I would have no hesitation in recommending Archie to any GCSE or pre-GCSE student for help in either French or Maths, both of which he has immense talent and knowledge in.
