Veterinary Zootechnician, Master in Education. I like to teach with a practical approach, always looking for meaningful learning in the student and creating learning environments. In college I used the competency-based method. I consider it important to have a strategic planning of how the course will be carried out, but always flexible to the needs of the students, because based on this, adjustments must be made in order to achieve optimal use by them. And generate an environment of trust and communication where the student feels comfortable to express their doubts and communicate their progress and participation, where they feel motivated.
