About Ethan
Hi, I'm Ethan, a Civil Engineering student at the University of Sheffield. I have a strong interest in Maths and Science and enjoy helping others understand topics that they may initially find difficult.
Having recently completed my own GCSEs and A-Levels, I understand the challenges students can face and how much difference it can make when a topic is explained clearly and patiently.
Outside of university, I enjoy travelling, playing and watching sport, and spending time with friends. I'm a friendly and approachable person, and I aim to create a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes.
My lessons are tailored to each student's needs, whether they want help with a particular topic, exam preparation, homework or simply building their confidence. I currently offer tutoring in Maths, Physics and Chemistry and always try to make lessons engaging, supportive and productive.

I offer friendly, personalised lessons tailored to each student's ability, goals and areas they find difficult. As a Civil Engineering student at the University of Sheffield, I can help students build confidence and improve their understanding of Maths, Physics and Chemistry. Lessons can focus on specific topics, homework, exam preparation or general improvement with clear explanations and plenty of practice. I aim to make lessons relaxed and encouraging while helping students develop the skills and confidence to work independently.
