About Vanessa
I am a singer and songwriter from Oakville, Ontario. Music has always played an instrumental role in my life. I began singing in the choir when I was just in the first grade and continued throughout my years in school. I have performed at many venues around the Greater Toronto Area, including JMW Lounge and Revival Bar. I have also sung at events such as Talent Nation 2017 and the CNE Rising Star Talent Competition 2018. Aside from performing music, I enjoy writing.

My main focus is to help the student find their own voice. This is something I struggled with when I was just a beginner. Once the singer's own unique voice is found and they become comfortable with the sound of it, they are able to build up techniques. I start with a warm up, then introduce a new song, analyze the student's voice while they sing and give constructive, educated feedback. My goal is to help the student reach their full potential and become a fully confident vocalist.
