About Yasmin
Hey there! I’m a university student studying Biomedical Science passionate about teaching chemistry, biology, and math to students (up to and including high school grade 12 level). With national recognition in chemistry, physics, and math contests and tutoring experience since Grade 9, I know how to make learning fun and engaging!
Once I truly understood these subjects, I discovered a passion for them and love sharing that enthusiasm with others. I simplify complex ideas to help you grasp tricky topics or ace your next test.

I focus on making sure students really understand the material, not just memorize it. I use clear explanations, examples, and practice problems to help students learn in a way that makes sense to them.
Each lesson starts by checking what the student already knows. This helps me see where they might need extra help, so I can focus on the right areas.
A typical lesson includes reviewing homework, explaining tricky topics, and practicing questions together. I make sure students feel confident before moving on.
What makes me different is my experience and patience. I've been tutoring since grade 9 and adjust my teaching style to fit each student’s needs.
I teach chemistry, biology, physics, and math to students from elementary school up to grade 12. My lessons are for anyone who needs help with schoolwork or wants to prepare for tests.
