About Stephanie
I have a graduate degree in English and have taught all levels of English including remedial and GED students, ESL and second+ language learners, and undergraduate 100-400-level in-person, hybrid, and online classes at both community and state colleges. A group of my son's friends from Gordon College came over to my house for a get-together, and Stephanie was one of them. This was 2003. Since that time, Stephanie graduated ahead of time from Gordon with honors; married my son, Stephen; had a son; graduated with a Masters Degree from Humboldt State College; had a daughter; and is now a teacher as well.
To say I know Stephanie well is an understatement. Foremost, she is a compassionate human being. She cares for her students deeply, not just scholastically, but about their future lives. When personal issues arise, Stephanie is available to help each and every student.
