  • When did you start practicing? How did this passion find you?

I first learned how to play chess at my uncle's house in summer vacation when I was young. After playing the game for a while, I became curious and began looking for opponents who were stronger than I was in an effort to beat them. and I became very passionate about it. Since I began practising when I was 7 years old, it has played a significant role in my life and has become a daily routine.
  • Which artists or works affect you the most?

Viswanathan Anand Sir has a huge influence on me because I can relate to the way he plays the game, and I use his game as reference to help me improve my game.
He serves as a role model for me, and I admire both his attitude in stressful situations and how he acts as a person in general.
  • What are the qualities and skill required to succeed in this area?

According to me, the key to winning at chess is patience because it allows you to make wise decisions without panicking. One good move can win the game, while one mistake can make it lose.
To increase your chances of success, read game analyses from previous games as well as those played by other players in order to understand the pattern and try to avoid those errors.
  • What is the most valuable advice you can give to help someone stay focused on creative projects?

First, establish your objectives. The most crucial thing for you to do is to maintain focus, then try to do away with distractions because chess requires concentration.
Develop self-compassion and keep in mind that being creative can sometimes involve making mistakes. If things don't go as planned, try not to be too hard on yourself. Take a break if you feel like you need one. By taking brief breaks, you can revitalise and renew your mind.
  • How would you describe your passion; how does it make you feel?

Chess is my therapy and the thing that helps me enjoy life; without it, I feel incomplete. It has helped shape who I am as a person, and the personality I have today is a direct result of playing chess.
  • What creative achievements are you particularly proud of?

The 4th place at the Nationals is my greatest accomplishment and the most important lesson I've ever learned, but I also feel bad for not qualifying for the top three. Winning the state championship is another one of my accomplishments.
  • Have you ever been surprised by a student; by their ability or quick progression?

Yes, many students have surprised me,every student learns differently, i just need to pick their Strength and fix their weakness.
One kid came to me as a Beginner 200 Chess.Com rating and today he's 2000+ in 8 months.
Similar results have been seen in many others.
  • Being a Superprof is an art! What is your secret?

Delivering the lesson according to student requirement with full dedication, being consistent and true to my work irrespective of situation
With pinch of my charismatic aura is the secret of being a superprof.
