About Danyi
Hi there! I'm Danyi, and I'm passionate about languages and all things learning! Since I was 16, I've had the privilege of working and volunteering with various organizations and hospitals, which deepened my passion for teaching. As I completed my studies at CEGEP and university, I began tutoring, allowing me to share my knowledge and inspire others along the way. I graduated from Brébeuf, where I immersed myself in the Latin program, fostering a deep appreciation for language and culture. I then studied international relations followed by studies in psychology and art history, complemented by a minor in behavioral neuroscience at McGill. This diverse academic background equips me with unique insights that enhance my teaching approach. I believe that every student learns differently, and I strive to create a supportive and engaging environment tailored to your individual needs. Whether you're looking to master specific skills or simply enhance your understanding, I'm here to support you every step of the way. Outside of academics, I enjoy reading, traveling and learning languages myself, which I incorporate into my teaching to make learning more relatable and enjoyable. After McGill, I chose to pursue my passion in real estate sales and development, and after a year, I am proud to say that I am now leader of my own successful team! I'm looking forward to embarking on this learning journey with you!

Students will leave each lesson with tailored notes, reading materials, and exercises designed to meet their specific needs.
Lessons are adjusted to each student's level, ensuring that no two students receive the same material or instruction.
I cater to beginners as much as those seeking to refine their already advanced language skills.
When working with languages, I like to focus on writing and reading comprehension in order to give the student a wide range of vocabulary that allows them to perfect their vocabulary and sentence structure when they talk. I often help students with their literary pieces for class, whether it is creative writing or essays. My goal is not only to help my students master a language, but I also want to help them develop their thought processes and improve their creativity through writing and reading. I teach students from all grades and I'm currently tutoring advanced level students at Brébeuf, Notre-Dame, and more. I also work with lots of newcomers who are brand new to the language, as well as students with learning disabilities.
