About Lisa
"Imagine walking through a complex game theory model by stripping away the unnecessary noise. I start by identifying exactly where an IB Economics student or a university freshman feels lost in the syllabus. We look at past-paper essay walkthroughs to deconstruct how to build an argument for national income or market efficiency. Because of my BCom background, I explain monetary policy as a mechanism rather than a list of facts.
My aim is to make these concepts feel like tools you own. See you in our next session for a clear breakdown."

"Precision is often mistaken for being overly academic in economics. Most theories gain life only when applied to real market data.
I have taught 46 students ranging from high schoolers to university freshmen since I started my 8-year career. After 13 years working in fintech and quant roles, I find that teaching helps me refine my own analytical thinking. Economics is not just about memorizing supply and demand graphs or fiscal policy.
It is a framework for understanding how the world functions under pressure. I prefer keeping things grounded in observable reality."
