I have further honed my expertise through NASM Integrated Speed, Agility, and Quickness (SAQ) training, ensuring that my athletes are prepared to outpace and outmaneuver their competition.

Specializing in players aged 10 to 15 years old, from beginner to intermediate levels. I’ve worked with boys and girls alike, equipping them with the techniques and mindset necessary to excel in the game.
