About Darsh
Hey there! I’m a recent Aerospace Engineering graduate from UVA, and I’m currently pursuing my master’s at Georgia Tech. I love sharing my passion for math, physics, and engineering with students from middle school to college. Here’s a bit about the awesome projects I’ve worked on: At UVA, I co-led a team building a hybrid rocket that combines solid and liquid fuels. I got to design parts, run simulations, and help make sure everything worked safely. Seeing that rocket fire up was an unforgettable moment. I also work in the Detonation Lab, where I literally make things go boom (safely, of course) and study the shockwaves and energy they produce. It’s like real-life rocket science, and it’s so much fun. During my internship at Carrier, I tested heat exchangers in freezing conditions and used tools like MATLAB and Python to analyze frost build-up and improve energy efficiency. I even used machine learning to predict and optimize heat transfer, which was pretty neat. When I tutor, I love connecting what we’re learning to real-world engineering projects like rockets, engines, and heating systems. I focus on building confidence and understanding, so you’re not just memorizing formulas, but actually getting the concepts. Let’s make math and physics exciting and help you achieve your goals!

My Tutoring Approach
I help students from middle school to college build real confidence in math and physics. I focus on making the concepts click, showing how they connect to the real world, like the engineering projects I’ve worked on such as Hybrid Rockets and SAE Airplanes.
