About Hagar
I am Hager Eldesouky, a ballet teacher from Cairo, Egypt, with over 11 years of experience teaching ballet.
I studied ballet at the Cairo Opera House and I am the founder and owner of En L'air Ballet Academy in Egypt. I am currently living and working in Madrid.
Over the years, I have worked with both children and adult beginners, helping them build strong technique, flexibility, and confidence in a supportive and patient environment. Teaching ballet is my passion, and I enjoy guiding each student step by step to discover their own grace and progress.

About my lessons:
My classes are online and open to adult beginners and children starting from scratch.
I focus on building a clean foundation: posture, alignment, basic positions, musicality, and controlled movement. Each lesson starts with a gentle warm-up, followed by barre work adapted for a small space at home, then center practice for coordination and grace.
I teach slowly and clearly, with a lot of attention to correction and body awareness. I adapt the pace and exercises to your level, age, and goals, whether you are learning for fitness, flexibility, confidence, or as a serious first step into ballet.
No previous experience or professional setup is required. All you need is a little space and a willingness to learn.
