About Vanessa
Hi! I’m Vanessa, a native Mandarin speaker currently studying at King’s College London. I’ve always loved language and communication, and teaching Chinese gives me the chance to share not only the language itself, but also the stories, expressions, and cultural insights behind it. I want to teach because I genuinely enjoy helping people learn something new and feel more confident. I remember how challenging it can be to study a foreign language—so I aim to make Chinese feel approachable, practical, and even fun. With my strong English skills, I can explain concepts clearly and build a learning experience that actually makes sense for English speakers.
