About Lisa
I am a Guitar tutor with 17 years of experience teaching students from different backgrounds including school, college, and working professionals. I enjoy helping students discover their interest in music. My teaching style is simple, practical, and flexible. I explain concepts clearly and make sure students understand them well.
I also customise lessons based on individual needs and goals. Along with Guitar, I teach music theory, rhythm exercises, ear training, and song learning. These subjects help students develop strong musical skills. I also guide students on effective practice techniques.
I create a supportive and stress-free learning environment where students feel comfortable. My aim is to help students grow with confidence and enjoy their musical journey.

My teaching methodology for Guitar focuses on Communication, Creativity, and Flexibility to create a positive and effective learning environment. I use clear communication to explain each concept in a simple way and ensure students understand before moving forward. I guide them step by step to build strong fundamentals.
Creativity is encouraged through songs, exercises, and exposure to different music styles. This makes lessons interesting and keeps students motivated. I also help students explore their own musical ideas.
Flexibility allows me to adjust my teaching approach based on each student’s needs and progress. I provide personalised lesson plans and regular feedback. In addition to Guitar, I teach music theory, ear training, and rhythm training to improve overall skills.
