About Lance
My pen name is Lance Elliot Osborne. I've been writing marketing content, screenplays, teleplays, novels, stage plays, short stories, bad poetry, and even song lyrics for decades. But I'm also a trained instructor. I have a BS in Education from the University of Texas at Austin and attended 100's of hours in writing courses and workshops. Plus, I've been a mentor for dozens of early-career folks. I’m currently working on a four-act stage play; the last act of which will be produced as part of the FronteraFest short play festival in Austin in February. 2026.
