About Holly
Hi, I’m Holly. I’ve been practicing yoga for about 20 years from Iyengar to Aerial, my personal favourite being Vinyasa Flow.
I used to have a full throttle lifestyle, working in the events industry until I experienced burnout. After some years of rest and recuperation, I have learnt yoga is the most powerful healer of them all.
