About Juan Manuel
I took my first violin lesson at 8 and gave my first violin lesson at 12, I've been teaching for over 10 years but I've never stopped being a student myself. "If you teach it, you learn it twice" so that's what I do. and so far, I've taught over 50 students.
I am from Venezuela and at Venezuela's El Sistema is where I grew up playing the violin; started when I was 6 playing the recorder and at 21 I was in the violin section of the best orchestra in the country. Right now I am a student at Rowan University and this is my third consecutive year as the concertmaster of the Rowan University Orchestra.
