About Isaac
I am a Student at UNC-Chapel Hill with Senior classification, on a Double B.S. track in Mathematics and Biology, with an intended minor in computer science. In High School, I was an AP student, and received a 5 on my AP Calculus BC and AP Environmental Science exams as a sophomore. I'm experienced in University-level Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics, as well as Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD and Python.

The best approach to teaching is to help students learn how the content was discovered. Understanding why integration works as a practice makes it much easier for students to remember the different integration rules, for example. Learning about scientific discoveries, by extension, will help students remember important information. As a tutor and teacher, I connect with my students, and help them to realize that they can draw those same connections, which lets them learn the content, as opposed to merely helping them remember it.
