About Clara
As a flute tutor with 12 years of experience, I believe music education should be enjoyable, inspiring, and accessible to everyone. I teach school students, college students, and working professionals, helping them develop musical skills that match their personal goals.
My teaching approach emphasizes communication, encouragement, flexibility, and creativity. I create a positive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning from mistakes. Every lesson is carefully planned to keep students motivated while improving step by step.
Apart from flute, I teach music theory, rhythm exercises, ear training, breathing techniques, beginner keyboard, performance skills, and sight reading. These supporting subjects strengthen students' musical knowledge and improve overall performance.
I help students master tone production, finger coordination, breath control, rhythm accuracy, and expressive playing. I also prepare students for performances by improving confidence and stage presence through practical exercises and regular practice sessions.
Over the years, I have worked with learners from beginners to intermediate levels. My goal is to inspire every student to appreciate music, enjoy learning, and continue growing as a confident musician for years to come.

My teaching approach is designed to make flute learning simple, enjoyable, and effective. Communication, Accountability, and Integrity guide every lesson and help students develop confidence, discipline, and a genuine interest in music.
Students begin by learning proper breathing, posture, embouchure, finger coordination, and tone quality. As they improve, lessons expand to include rhythm practice, scales, note reading, articulation, dynamics, musical expression, and performance preparation. Practical exercises and familiar songs keep lessons engaging and meaningful.
Communication helps students understand each topic through clear explanations and demonstrations. Accountability encourages regular practice, goal setting, and continuous progress. Integrity ensures that every student receives honest guidance, patient support, and equal attention throughout the learning process.
Besides flute, I teach Music Theory, Rhythm Development, Ear Training, Staff Notation, Sight Reading, Breath Management, Instrument Care, Music Appreciation, Performance Techniques, and Practice Planning. These additional subjects help students become complete musicians with strong technical and theoretical knowledge.
My objective is to inspire students to enjoy music, improve steadily, and perform with confidence in every stage of their musical journey.
