I’ve been a musician for over half my life, which has provided me with a very fulfilled life on and off the stage. I am currently in an original rock 'n' roll band which is doing very well right now, and in between shows, studio time and writing I am available to pass on these skills to you!

My name's Louis James,
I’m a vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, and songwriter with over 20 years of experience in music. Over that time, I’ve toured internationally, performing on stages of all sizes and developing a real passion for helping others find their voice.
I’m currently the frontman of the blues rock band The Small Fortunes, and alongside performing, I offer vocal coaching to singers of all levels. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your sound or just wanting to try something new, my approach is relaxed, practical, and fun—focusing on confidence, technique, and getting the best out of your natural voice without any pressure.
Lessons are £40 per hour and available online, from my home, or at my rehearsal space in Liverpool
