About Dr Vailinya
I’m a doctor and healer. I have done my bachelor degree of naturopathy and yogic science in alvas college in mangalore . I want to share my knowledge and teach yoga for the people who really interested and who want to change their lifestyle in a healthy way So that you can lead a good lifestyle without stress .
I will be handling special meditation and yoga techniques for stress and depression.
