About Trevor
I am a PE teacher, realtor, and a waterpolo coach. I have coached swim as well. I have coached for four years and played for 6 years before that. I played water polo and swam in college. I have coached over 100 athletes. I have my Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology: Exercise Science & Pedagogy. I have a Master's degree in Education: Teaching and Learning.

My teaching methodology is to teach physical movements and fitness principles through the most current scientific literature. I teach nutrition, fitness, and technique by using nutrition, fitness, and movement principles from the science. I can give lessons to any level of athlete or student.
