About Sammi
I am Sammi Kaur, Director of SpaPLUS.co.uk and student of life myself.
I have diverse experience in many areas, most recently in the Wellness industry as I have been massaging for over 10 years now.
During this time, I have worked in 5 Spas and worked with celebrities, companies for employee wellbeing, developed websites, and wrote Wellness blogs.
As well as being passionate about holistic health and psychology, personality types in particular, I love learning and help others to grow and progress too.
I have a dog that’s like my child too.
