I'm a Yoga Teacher as advanced Level (RTS500). I practicing yoga over 15 years, and I have over 8 years of experience teaching. I continue to stay Ashram of India for three months every year since 2013 for study yoga. I have giving private or group (about 20people) yoga lessons since 2014.

What do you think about yoga?
Diet, beauty, stretch to improve your posture?
That is correct too.
However, the physical effect appears as a result, not the original purpose of yoga.
In Indian traditional yoga, we will not only focus on poses and the body but also observe humans as part of the universe created with "prana". The viewpoint supports the fundamentals of life, and it will lead to a peaceful way of living in line with the natural rhythm.
Yoga has a history of "teaching" that has been inherited from ancient times. Yoga is a way of life, Lifestyle.
It is meaningful only by being utilized in everyday life.
Yoga is inherently very simple. Even if you do not have asana(pose) or meditation experience, it is no problem if your body is hard. The most important thing is just to relax and enjoy yoga comfortably.
Originally, you do not have to compete for completeness of pose, chasing a pose desperately seeing a mirror and compared to someone too. Always taste your own yoga at any time.
Close your eyes and quiet, as it is, let's release our natural self.
