About Violet
With over 4 years of teaching experience and a Bachelor of Music in Studio Music and Jazz (Guitar Principal), I guide students to explore guitar as both an instrument and a creative voice in storytelling. I teach Electric, Acoustic, Classical, and Bass Guitar, with a focus on sound and atmosphere. My lessons emphasize how music shapes emotion in film and video game soundtracks. Students learn to create textures, motifs, and themes that connect with listeners. I also teach how to work with digital audio workstations (DAWs) for recording and layering sound. Lessons are hands-on, combining technique with imagination. I design each session to fit the learner’s personal and creative goals. Whether you’re a youth exploring sound design or an adult developing your composing skills, I adapt to your learning style. We study tone, phrasing, and dynamics through cinematic examples. My goal is simple: to help you confidently lay down the perfect rhythm every time you play.
