About Pawel
I have worked in IT for over 30 years, in international companies and in my own IT business, and I have trained and mentored people from complete beginners to working professionals. I use Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook in real work, and I have helped people automate repetitive spreadsheet tasks.
Office programs only feel scary when nobody has shown you the logic behind them. I explain things plainly and patiently, step by step, and I never assume you already know the jargon.

We work on your own documents, spreadsheets, presentations and emails, so you learn exactly what you need, at your own pace, and leave each lesson able to do something new on your own.
What we can cover, depending on your goal:
• Word: formatting and styles, CVs, letters and reports, tables, contents pages and mail merge.
• Excel: from your first formulas to lookups, pivot tables, charts, cleaning data and automating repetitive tasks.
• PowerPoint: clear, professional presentations without the struggle.
• Outlook, Gmail and Thunderbird: organising email, calendars, folders and rules, so your inbox works for you.
• Everyday computer skills: files and folders, sharing documents, backups, and keeping things tidy and safe.
The lessons suit complete beginners, people returning to work, job seekers who need Office skills, students working on coursework or a dissertation, and professionals who want to work faster.
Lessons are held online by webcam with screen sharing, or in person at your home by arrangement. Before the first lesson, message me with what you want to do and what you find difficult, and I will plan the session around it. Your first 30 minutes are free.
