I started my yoga journey with Abhijeet and within a month's time have gained so much progress to be able to do some of the advanced asanas. I've always felt welcomed in class and the class worked in a great way to help me keep at bay my anxiety issues. I'm happy to say that I'm also considering moving on to and practicing other fitness arts which were previously unimaginable for me. Obviously, I will not fall out of love with yoga, for the relationship my teacher helped me build with it dives into a much deeper level. I've noticed changes in my body and the way I move, breath, think and feel from the very first class, which kept me going back for more every time. Abhijeet is helpful, patient, gentle and would always guide through well.
P.S. also never manged to injure myself in his class.
