About Mehrdad
I moved to England 25 years ago. When I first arrived, I struggled to speak English and understand the people around me. I know how frustrating it can be because I was in the same position. Over time, I dedicated a lot of effort to learn and speak English fluently. I started my journey in the hospitality industry from the ground up, working from the dishwashing area to management. Additionally, I have also learned to speak two other languages, so in total, I now speak three different languages.

I have been living in the UK for nearly 25 years and have over 20 years of experience in customer service and hospitality management. I am fluent in three languages. As part of my role, I have reviewed numerous CVs from people with diverse backgrounds. When conducting a job search, it is crucial to effectively communicate who you are in your CV and during interviews to effectively sell yourself to potential employers. Understanding basic communication is essential in this process.
