About Kevin
My life - both personally and professionally has been centered around education. I have been working to help students improve their writing since junior year of high school. I currently work as an early learners Kumon instructor. Through this role, I’ve developed strong skills in breaking down complex concepts into clear, manageable steps and adapting my teaching style to each student’s needs. These experiences have reinforced my belief that early, consistent support can make a lasting difference in a student’s academic confidence and success.

I understand exactly what it takes to succeed in a demanding academic environment. For the past two years, I’ve worked directly with incoming high school students, helping them strengthen their writing skills, build confidence, and meet higher academic expectations. Now, as a current university student, I bring both experience and perspective: I know what teachers look for, how strong writing is evaluated, and how early skills translate into long-term success.
My approach goes beyond fixing grammar. I help students learn how to think, organize ideas, and express themselves clearly and confidently—skills that matter in every subject, not just English. Because I’ve been in your shoes recently, I know where students struggle and how to explain concepts in a way that actually makes sense. My goal is not just better essays, but stronger, more independent writers who feel prepared for high school and beyond.
