I am a YCB Level 3 certified (Ministry of Ayush, Government of India) Yoga and Wellness Instructor with Master's in Yoga and Science and hands-on teaching experience. I am passionate about helping people improve their physical health, mental clarity, and overall well-being through safe and mindful yoga practice. My yoga classes focus on building a strong foundation through correct alignment, breath awareness, and mindful movement. Perfect! i completed demo with teacher deepali successfully. deepali demonstrated the asanas properly. teacher deepali used unpaid zoom because of which we had to rejoin after 40 mins
