About Meghan
I've been teaching upper-level HS English classes for over 20 years. I've taught students from all backgrounds and aptitude levels. I believe all students can achieve success in written and oral communication, as well as literary comprehension. My specialties are writing, critical analysis, argumentation, and poetry. Students should have agency in their educational journey; it's important they have a say in what and how they learn, whenever possible.

I have experience teaching: AP Lit, AP Lang, IB Lang Lit (year 1 &2), all high school grade levels of English (including honors and standard courses); I currently teach Freshman English at a community college too.
I've tutored students in SAT & ACT prep.
I am convinced all students have strengths in written communication, and will work to help them strengthen those skills.
