About Charlize
To validate my academic expertise, I have been a high honor roll student for five years—one year in middle school and four years in high school. As a new tutor, I know I will make many mistakes and errors. However, I appreciate when people correct me because it shows they are learning. It brings me joy to see someone improve in math, a subject that often receives a lot of criticism. To me, math is like a puzzle to solve, with both easy and difficult challenges. TEACHING METHOD️

Handing someone a 3-year-long book of confusing math formulas doesn't help students understand lessons; sometimes, teachers just saying the lesson and not showing notes doesn't help either. My teaching method will show my students videos, simple note-taking, pre-tests, and review games. I'M OPEN TO QUESTIONS. Don't be afraid to ask for help, that's what I'm here for. If you have a specific learning style/s you want to suggest, let me know.
I'm new to tutoring and am open to different learning styles.
