I approach all lessons with an enthusiastic and engaging manner and gauge the interest of pupils. I plan lessons and review pupil progress based on exam board criteria and aim to make the criteria as accessible as possible to all pupils. I tailor my lessons to the individual needs and learning styles of all pupils.
