About Sithmi
My name is Sithmi and I am currently a student in Year 11 completing extension maths. I'm passionate about teaching students about maths and building their confidence in their abilities within maths as well learning in general. I have always been someone who finds maths to be a doable challenge that leaves you with great feelings of accomplishment every time you complete one of these challenges. As a tutor, I will strive to bring my students these feelings of accomplishment as they quickly learn the concepts and ideas of maths.

I teach best through visual demonstrations and create analogies to help the students learn their content. The typical length of one lesson ranges from 30 minutes to an hour but can be negotiated to suit the needs of the student. My lessons are for students from Year 5 to Year 10 who would like extra support with schoolwork, homework and reinforcement of key concepts within the subject of maths.
